More info

Finland, 1960s.
Ergonomically shaped and enveloping lounge chair by Yrjo Kukkapuro.
It has a chrome bar that is meant to be the suspension for the chair, and features a fiberglass seat shell and base. This lounge chair turns 360 degrees and tilts back.
It is among the most comfortable and elegant chairs made in the 1960s, and in addition to this its orange upholstery gives it an even more futuristic touch, perfectly representing the Space Age design.
It might show slight traces of use since it's vintage, but it has been recently reupholstered with new leather and can be considered as in excellent condition and ready to become a piece in a home.
This lounge chair features its original label.
